　　“Ｔhank you very much.” 台下响起如雷的掌声。在台上演讲完毕的我，浑身发烫的下了台，瞬间，好像把一颗几百公斤的石头从肩膀上放了下来……回想起以前，本来非常害怕在台演讲的我，经过了多位老师的严格训练及爸妈的鼓励后，我不断的尝试再尝试，努力再努力，才有今天稳若泰山的成就。

　　在我幼儿园时，爸妈就开始鼓励我参加英文演讲，我也初生之犊不畏虎，勇于尝试了，可是，得到的结果竟然是忘词、发抖、说错……我在观众面前感到非常尴尬难堪，大家也冷漠的看着怯生生的我。从此，我就开始害怕上台，也不断的逃避。

　　“失败是成功的垫脚石。”过了不久，一位老师对我这么说，我想了非常久，终于想通了。就在我二年级时，我重新站了起来，在台上顺利的“演完”，也非常的成功。“第一名——王柏文！”当时我兴奋的像发射的火箭一样，从座位冲到台上，捧着奖杯，和各分校的校长、主任及评审们拍照，那种感觉是用笔墨难以形容的快乐和光荣。

　　自从那一次尝到比赛的胜利滋味，我就开始爱上“英文演讲”，之后虽然也有些许失败，不过，也得到不少奖杯和奖牌。我开始以豁达的心面对一切得失，有时候，我还会鼓励同学们积极参加演讲、演说这类可以在台上发表，展现自我的活动。

　　俗话说得好：“台上三分钟，台下十年功。”英文演讲不是几分钟就能学起来的，而是需要极大的的勇气和不断的努力，也要积极参加学校或校外所举办的发表活动，才能过关斩将，才能拥有美好的胜利果实啊！

　　看完了电影(雷锋)，心潮难平。雷锋那平凡而伟大的形象时常闪现在我的面前，我回到家里，正想写下一点感想，随手翻开报纸，只见上面刊登一则消息，内容是讲美国某军校掀起学雷锋热，学员们争着传抄雷锋的名言已蔚然成风。读后更加感慨万端，这和一部分人提起雷锋精神便发笑的现象形成鲜明的对照。值得人们深思。记得国内曾经有这样的议论:“雷锋精神是否过时了?”可是，没有想到在国外，在资本主义国家里，竟会有人把雷锋作为一个学习的榜样，这就不能不令人感到惊讶了。

　　其实细细想来，倒也不足为奇。雷锋精神虽是以共产主义思想为核心，他的行为虽无时无刻不是遵循着社会主义的道德规范，但这种道德品质是所有正直的人应具备的。也就是说，无论是社会主义国家，还是资本主义国家，只要是一个心地善良的人，他都会发扬互助友爱精神，做有益于他人的事。所以，那些美国士兵不管出于什么样的动机，他们把雷锋作为一个具有优秀品质的人来学习，是可以理解的。

　　雷锋是我国在60年代树立起来的一个优秀榜样。当时国家尚处在困难时期，在他的艰苦奋斗、助人为乐和见义勇为的精神的鼓舞下，促进了良好的社会风气的形成。今天，在改革开放的潮流中，我们的.社会虽然出现了不少新的事物、新的思潮，但不可否认，也有一些诸如盲目追求享受、损人利己、见利忘义等不良风气在滋生。雷锋精神正是抵制不良社会风气的“灵丹妙药”，倘若人人发扬这种精神，社会风气定能向好的方面发展。

　　如果说，美国某军校士兵能够从雷锋事迹中体会到生活的勇气、坚强的意志、忘我的学习精神，那么我们这些生活在雷锋的祖国，生活在社会主义制度下的青年应该体会得更深，学习得更好。雷锋精神包含着助人为乐，但不仅仅是做善事。倘若仅仅是做善事，那些看破红尘的和尚、虔诚的基督教徒也会做到，而他们这样做的目的只是为了求得内心的平静。雷锋则不然，他是以人民利益、国家利益、党的事业为出发点的，还有什么比这个目的更崇高呢?学习雷锋精神，就要把日常的行动和这远大崇高的理想结合起来。在我们国家里，雷锋不只是一个具有一般优秀品质的人，他的精神应该还有更深的含义，因为它是构成社会主义精神文明的有机部分，这也是雷锋精神的永恒的价值所在。所以。我们不仅应该学习雷锋精神，而且要要新的改革开放的形势中，发扬雷锋精神。
