有人喜欢跳高，有人喜欢跳远，有人喜欢打羽毛球，有人喜欢踢毽子，而我却独爱跳绳。
跳绳是一项非常好的运动。既能增强免疫力，丰富课余生活，又能锻炼身体，所以我非常喜欢跳绳。跳绳有很多种跳法，比如：可以正跳，可以反跳，可以跳花绳，跳正花绳，反花绳……各式各样，能让人看得眼花缭乱。
每当下课铃一响，我就会像野马一样跑出教室，虽然老师说了几次不让在校园里疾跑，可是我还是改不了，因为玩的兴趣太高了。同学们向我投来赞许的目光，掌声马上响起来了。我很高兴，但我一点也没人骄傲，还教给其它同学如何跳得多。从此以后，我就跟同学们上课一块学习，下课一块跳绳。
