　　星期六，妈妈在家里教我做番茄炒鸡蛋。

　　首先，把番茄洗干净，在洗时妈妈提醒我说：“冬天的番茄，特别要洗干净，因为冬天的番茄是由农民伯伯洒过农药的。所以，要洗干净。”然后，我把番茄切的一片大一片小的时候，这时，妈妈又对我说：“铭铭，番茄大小切的要基本相同。”在妈妈的指导下，我终于切的一次比一次好多了。

　　然后，把鸡蛋打碎，虽然一开始打得不好。但是，经过反复地练习一次比一次好的多。

　　最后，先拿一个锅子，然后，在锅里倒点油，再把鸡蛋倒进去，用铲子在里面来回翻炒，看见鸡蛋变黄了，有点硬，再把番茄倒进去，放点水，关好锅盖。烧了一会儿，锅开了，放一点糖、一点盐，我问到：“为什么要放糖呢?”妈妈说“因为放一点糖是为了能去掉番茄的酸味。”

　　这时，爸爸下班回来了，说：“真好吃啊!”

　　when eggs are finished,put it into the bowl, then add some oil into the pan and put tomatos into the pan and fry it until tomatos become jam and put the egg cake into the pan and mix up with tomato juice.for 2 minutes,the dish is finished.
