I eat it twice a day. I never drink milk. I sleep seven hours every night. So I think I am unhealthy. Now， I know good health will help me get good grades.

　　I get up at seven o'clock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me.
