All these can keep our body healthy.Secondly, we will find out many interesting things about different people and places .Most of these cannot be found from our lessons or books .Thirdly, during the travelling we can make friends with pople from different places and we can learn from them.

It took us two hours to go there by plane .As soon as we arrived there ,we went to visit the Palace Museum and Tian’an men Square . The next day we went to the Summer Palace . The view there was very beautiful .
We tasted many famous delicious Beijing foods . such as Beijing Duck .I also bought some souvenirs for my friends .Although we felt very tired ,we enjoyed ourselves very much . I hope to visit Beijing again very soon.

I was very tired and I had to spend a day to have a good rest. And it was boring on the train. Therefore, I think it should not travel by train if it's far.
