　　With the development of the Intemet， the net bar plays an important role in people's life. More and more people， especially students， like to go to net bars. They are absorbed in playing video games， XXX bad friends and having a chat with "Meimei" on the net in the bar. Some students often go on playing late into the night in the net bar. As a result， not only does it do harm to their health but also produces a bad effect on their studies. Now a lot of net bars have been shut down in Beijing. But some students go by bus to the net bars at suburbs to play.

　　Fortunately， more and more parents and schools have realized it. Recently， more than six thousand students ensured that they would be far away from net bars in Jinzhou city， Liaoning Province. It is quite necessary for the students to get rid of the bad habit.

　　Insightful Men Voluntarily Protect American Rivers From Pollution

　　James Holland calls himself the eyes and ears of the Altamaha River. The 220 kilometer river he watches is relatively undisturbed by channels, dredging or major reservoirs. Its swamps and refuges are home to dozens of rare or endangered plants and animals including some found nowhere else on earth.

　　James Holland has spent a lifetime on the river as a crab fisherman, but blames the decline of fisheries, and the failure of his business, on poor water quality. Now as an advocate for the Altamaha, the 60 year old retired crabber responds to reports of erosion, loss of wetlands, and the illegal dumping of pollutants from agriculture and industry. 　　James Holland finds garbage stashed in tree trunks and pools of diesel fuel and abandoned trucks at logging operations near the river. I went further on from the spray field and from the area where I could view the spray field, the guy up there was draining wetlands. I found a ditch where he was draining wetlands. I also found right there standing in one spot where he destroyed two wetlands in the last two or three years. Its just a whole hot of things. Its unreal is what it is.

　　In recent years, banning fireworks in a large number of Chinese cities has aroused a heat discussion among the public. Some are against it while some are for it. As far as I am concerned, banning fireworks is necessary and advantageous.

　　近年来，在中国许多大城市都有禁止燃放烟花的政策，这一禁令已引起社会大众的热烈讨论。有些人支持也有人表示反对，我认为禁止燃放烟火是很有必要且有益的。

　　There are a few points accounting for my view. First, banning fireworks is good for keeping air quality. Setting off fireworks is one of the sources of air pollution because it will produce a lot of sulfur dioxide and other hazardous gases, which may lower air quality if they are emitted unlimitedly. Second, banning fireworks is helpful for people’s health. The hazardous gases from setting off fireworks are a potential harm for people’s health because these gases are the causes of some serious disease like respiratory diseases. Besides, fireworks are also a threat for people. The explosion of fireworks is so fast that people will be hurt without awareness. In addition, setting off fireworks will produce noise, which has a negative influence on people’s health and life.

　　我的理由有如下几点。首先，禁止燃放烟火有利于保证空气质量。燃放烟火是一大空气污染的来源，因为燃放烟火会释放出大量的二氧化硫和其他有害气体，如果这些有害气体不能得到控制将降低空气质量。其次，禁放烟火有助于人们的身体健康。燃放烟火而释放出的有害气体对人们的身体健康有潜在危害，因为这些有害气体会导致人们患上严重的.疾病，例如呼吸道疾病。另外，烟火还会威胁到人们的安危。烟火燃爆十分迅猛，无警觉的人们常常会受到伤害。最后，燃放烟火爆竹会产生噪音，会对人们的身体健康和日常生活带来负面影响。

　　For above reasons, I consider that banning fireworks is advantageous. In addition, I think that other healthy and meaningful ways of celebrating festivals should replace setting off fireworks.

　　综上所述，我认为禁止燃放烟火是十分有利的。此外我想应该有比燃放烟火更好、更有意义地庆贺方式。
