尊敬的领导、优秀的伙伴们：

　　早上好，太阳每天都是新的，每天起来给自己一个目标，每天起来给自己一个动力，每天起来给自己一个信心，每天起来给自己一个勇气，新的一天开始了。非常荣幸能给大家主持这次晨会，首先做一个自我介绍我是来自百利部的牟静静，希望大家能够记住我，在记住我的同时我愿意与大家成为生活当中最知心的朋友以及事业上最愉快的合作伙伴。

　　现在做一个友情提示：请将手机调节至静音或关闭状态，如果没有非常特殊的情况请不要随意走动，为了他人的身体健康请不要吸烟。

大家上午好！

　　真诚的友谊来自不断地自我介绍，在这里我再次把自己介绍给大家，我是专业培训部的老师袁蓉，很荣幸担任本次蓝鹰课程的主持。接下来进行院长点名（注意眼神交流）。（注意提醒有没有没有点到的院长）下面正式开始今天的课程，大家都知道“一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨”，正是出于此点，我们诗丽堂把晨会定在每天工作的首项，而且从公司成立以来，一直在实行，相信它的重要性大家是认可的，那我们各位院长每天重复这项工作的时候有没有觉得疲惫呢？想不想让我们的晨会更有新意、更有实效呢？今天就让我们共同分享《如何开好晨会》，接下来与我们分享的这位老师当了八年的院长，在她的带领下，她手下的员工每天都以饱满的热情、积极的态度对待每一天的工作，甚至有的员工哪怕今天休假也要求听完晨会再离开，是什么样的方法让她的晨会如此吸引人呢？大家想知道吗？掌声有请我们的李莉老师！

　　大家好!我叫xxx(这里写您自己的名字)。幼年时曾作过许多色彩斑斓的梦，当个xxx是我其中之一的梦想我有一个远大的理想，那就是我要当一名xxx，所以我还喜欢天蓝色和银白色，它代表着我要飞向天空。我身高xxx,是一个性格内向的人，所以我很喜欢读书，各种书都喜欢，当然啦，我最喜欢xx，不知道大家是否看过另我喜欢不已的死神，动漫中经典中的.经典啊!我尽情遨游在书的海洋中，在这里也希望交到和我拥有同样爱好的你。

　　有广泛爱好的我最大的优点是乐于助人，我这个人就是典型的热肠子，以后你们如果谁有困难，只要我能帮到你们的，尽管说，我一定在所不辞!!古道热肠来称呼再合适不过了，我这个人很好相处，你们会慢慢了解我的。呵呵。我呢，最喜欢冬天，没有什么特别的原因吗，秋太过于伤感，夏太过于热情，而春天却太过于温和，冬再好不过了，介于四者之间，可以使人冷静，使人回味。我最喜欢冬天的傲梅，顽强不屈的品质是我学习的目标，我最喜欢雪花的坚持，为达目的地勇往直前。

　　对了，我最喜欢吃的食物是我妈妈做的，她的手艺非常好，做的食物让我食胃大开，口齿留香，欢迎大家到我加来做客，保证让家赞不绝口。
