  设计意图:

  我们现在使用的英语教材主要是教小朋友一些英语儿歌、故事等,小朋友们虽然能将儿歌念得朗朗上口,故事讲述得有声有色,但真正明白其中意思的没有几个。我认为幼儿连最基本的普通话还没能完全讲好,在幼儿园开设英语课程,除了教幼儿学会一些日常对话,简单的单词、句型外,最重要的是要让幼儿学会倾听,能多听懂一些句子,从而来培养幼儿的听力。

  《The Very Hungry Caterpillar》是许多老师都很熟悉的一个故事,叙述一只很饿的毛毛虫从星期一吃一个苹果、星期二吃两个梨子……一直吃到星期天,吃了好多、好多的糖果蛋糕等食物后,变得好大好大,结成一个蛹,经过两个星期后,变成一只漂亮的大蝴蝶。这个故事讲到许多主题,包括:颜色、数字、水果、食物、昆虫及星期的说法。我想运用多媒体课件,让幼儿边听故事边看多媒体的演示,结合已有的知识经验来理解故事的内容。而这个活动的最终目的则是让幼儿学会biscuit, hamburger, ice-cream, watermelon等四个单词的发音。于是我又做了一些活动教具,用丝袜做了个毛毛虫套在手上,将一些水果、食物贴在纸盒上来演示毛毛虫吃它们的情景,给他们以具体的形象感知,激发他们学习英语的兴趣。

  活动名称:

  The Very Hungry Caterpillar

  活动目的:

  1、对教师讲述的故事萌发兴趣,愿意安静倾听故事。

  2、学习biscuit , hamburger , ice-cream , watermelon 。

  活动准备:

  多媒体课件、画有毛毛虫吃的食物卡片若干、演示实物卡片。

  活动过程:

  一、 导入活动(复习)。

  T: Let’s go to the forest. Riding in my ca

  r. (唱歌进教室。)

  T: The forest is very beautiful. In the forest, there are many many animals. Please listen. (演示多媒体。)

  (评析:美丽的森林画面吸引了小朋友的注意力,使小朋友身临其境。)

  Horse: Hello, children. I have two ears. I have two eyes. I have many many many many teath. I can run. What am I?

  C: Horse.

  Horse: Yes. I’m here. Behind the tree.

  T: Right or wrong?

  C: Right.

  T: Yes. He is… ( behind the tree. )

  Kangaroo: I am grey. I have a big pocket. I can jump. What am I?

  C: Kangaroo.

  Kangaroo: Very good.

  Frog: I am green. I have two big eyes. I have one big mouth. I can swim. What am I?

  C: Frog.

  T:(演示多媒体)Right?

  C: Right.Monkey: Hi,I have two ears. I have two eyes. I like jumping on the bed. What am I?

  C: Monkey.

  T: Yes. Do you remember the rhyme“Five Little Monkeys”?

  C: Yes.

  T: Now, Let’s read the rhyme together. Please stand up. (音乐起)

  (评析:小动物的依次出现,以及与小朋友之间的互动有效地激发了幼儿的学习兴趣。)

  二、学习活动。

  T:(教师演示教具“毛毛虫”)Please look. What’s this?

  C: Caterpillar.

  (评析:教具的演示给了幼儿具体生动的形象,符合幼儿以具体形象为主的思维特点。)

  T: Yes. Caterpillar. There is a story about the caterpillar. Please listen.(看多媒体听故事。)

  (评析:虽然幼儿并不一定能听懂故事,但动态的多媒体演示吸引了幼儿的目光。幼儿并没有因为听不懂而不去听,而是看着多媒体的演示,根据自己已有的.经验认真地倾听,努力去猜想故事的意思。)

  T: What’s the story ? (请个别幼儿回答。)

  (评析:我请了好几位幼儿来回答,目的是多给他们表达的机会,来培养他们的语言表达能力。而对于他们说出的内容正确与否我并不加以评价,我希望他们能够充分发挥自己的想象力,来讲述这个故事的大致内容。)

  T: Please listen to me carefully. (教师随多媒体的演示用中文讲述故事。)

  (评析:在几位幼儿说了不同的答案后,我没有对任何人的答案加以肯定或否定,无疑给幼儿留下了一个悬念。这个时候我再配合多媒体演示来用中文绘声绘色地讲述故事,幼儿就会非常认真地结合动态画面去倾听。)

  T: Now, please look at the picture. Tell me on Monday, the caterpillar ate through…(one apple.) On Tuesday, he ate Through…(two pears.) On Wednesday, he ate through…(three bananas.) On Thursday, he ate through…(four strawberries.) On Friday, he ate through…(five oranges.)

  (评析:此环节是在理解故事内容的基础上,有效地帮助幼儿复习了已学过的水果单词。)

  T: (教师演示教具)Please look. On Saturday, he ate through…(带领幼儿学习单词biscuit, hamburger, ice-cream, watermelon.)

  (评析:通过生动形象的教具演示,帮助幼儿强化新授的单词。)

  T: There are many cards under your chairs. Please pick them up. (幼儿从小椅子下面拿起卡片。)

  T: Let’s play a game. For example. When I say one hamburger. If you

  活动目标:

  1、能够正确用英文表述故事中相关的各种食物名称。

  2、安静倾听理解故事内容,初步学说故事内容。

  3、愉快积极参与有关英语游戏,体验英语活动的乐趣。

  活动准备:

  一个神秘箱、一个果篮。

  活动过程:

  1、猜一猜

  (1)将部分毛毛虫的食物及毛毛虫放在神秘箱里,让幼儿摸其中一样,然后猜一猜摸到的是什么,然后拿出来验证猜测结果。

  教师首先示范,用动作提示幼儿操作。

  Look,it’s a secret box . What’s in it?I will feel one kind of,will feel what it is?幼儿摸到毛毛虫,教师说the cateillar can-------(用动作引导幼儿说creep)。

  (2 ) T:a le is sweet,do you want to eat?

  s:Yes 。

  T:caterpillar is sweet,do you want to eat?

  T:a le pinea le banana orange peach and pear are all sweet,we like eating them,and the caterpillar also likes eating them . what did the caterpillar eat?let’s see.

  2 、欣赏课件,了解故事内容。

  (1)完整欣赏课件,让幼儿初步了解故事内容。

  (2)教师讲述故事,让幼儿进一步理解故事内容。

  T:one Sunday morning,the caterpillar was hungry,on Monday the caterpillar ate one a le,but he was still hungry(星期天的早晨毛毛虫很饿,星期一它吃了一个苹果,但是它还是饿)

  T:where is the a le,stand up?(老师问孩子苹果在哪里)

  S:I’m here(幼儿根据各自的头饰做扮演的角色来回答)。

  T:what did the caterpillar eat on Monday?

  S:a le.

  T:how many a les did the caterpillar eat?

  S:one.

  教师出示图谱,让幼儿验证自己的回答。

  T&;am say on Monday the caterpillar ate one ale(师幼一起回顾故事情节,每说一天回顾一次)(后面每天都这样进行。)

  T:on Sunday again,the caterpillar became a big,fat caterpillar,he was going to sleep……

  Oh,he was a beautiful butterfly!

  (3)老师再次讲述故事,幼儿听故事给图片排序。

  T:look,the caterpillar became a big,fat caterpillar,because it’s eat lots of food did the caterpillar eat from Monday to Saturday?can you arrange these pictures with the story?(看,毛毛虫变得又大又胖,因为它吃了很多东西。毛毛虫从星期一到星期六都吃了些什么东西啊,你能边听故事边将这些图片按毛毛虫吃东西的顺序排列一下吗?)

  (4)幼儿对照自己的图谱,与教师一起复述故事。

  3、分角色故事表演。

  (1)按角色故事表演。

  (2)换角色故事表演,由幼儿扮演毛毛虫。

  4、歌曲《butterfly》律动,结束活动。

  T:the caterpillar became a beautiful butterfly!Now let’s have a dance,ok?
