1、网撒得很大,但心很小
有时候我们会遇到这样幸福的烦恼——我们的收件箱、ATS系统会被雪片般的简历塞爆,因为有太多主动求职者。可是这又怪谁呢?为了获取更多的候选人,我们将工作描述写得非常宽泛或者搜索条件设置得太通用,以至于获取到的简历大部分是毫无关联或毫无价值的。
写一篇表述清晰的工作描述或设置精心构建的关键词,是招聘官的必备技能。人人都可以用搜索引擎,但并不是所有人都能让搜索引擎助他的招聘一臂之力。
2、简历的8秒钟原则
人才简历通常都是静态的文字展示的,描述着一个人的经验和专业知识。相对专业的会写上数据和案例,更多是用比较宽泛的笔触——它并没有告诉你全部的故事。据说招聘官们平均在一份简历上花费8秒钟的时间,如果他们认为简历合适,就马上操起电话,或者发起E-mail来,争分夺秒——天知道这份简历是不是真的合适?!
如果你觉得在阅读简历上浪费了太多时间,其实你可以换个思路想一下,这也是一种评估。在筛选简历上多花点时间,会避免你进行不必要的面试,节约更多的时间。
3、伴随经验而来的偏见
我们都知道,不能仅仅凭借封面就判断一本书的好坏。但是我们常常会凭借简历就判断一个候选人的优劣。比方说候选人最近换工作比较勤,看完之后,凭借经验,你可能会觉得他的稳定性不够强,但是会不会是因为他没有得到合适的机会,或者是工作地点离家太远,又或者是比较反感临时工的角色。如果你希望筛选到合适的候选人,可能需要尽量避免预设立场。如果心存疑虑,有必要重新审视你的简历,并尝试确认或消除你的疑虑。
