XXX
XXX is a Systems Manager with Singapore Computer Systems Ltd. His responsibilities in this position include taking the undertaking of due diligence studies for prospective projects to be tendered for; the analysis, preparation and submission of tender bids; participation in tender presentations; and managing and delivering tender projects won.
XXX has been with SCS since 1998. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley (1993), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (1995).
XXX joined SCS in 1998 as a Senior Project Leader. In this capacity, he headed up several application development projects for the Money Bank Inc, in the areas of Loans and Treasury. After the successful delivery of these applications, XXX moved to the Outsourcing Services Division of SCS as a Team Leader in 2000. He worked on several outsourcing projects in the areas of Helpdesk, Hardware Maintenance and Data Centre Relocation for the Banking sector, managing the accounts of The Hocus Pocus Bank, The “Now You See It, Now You Don’t” Bank and “Show Me The Money” Bank. XXX received a Letter of Appreciation from “Show Me The Money Bank” for the successful relocation of their Data Centre in 2000, and a Letter of Commendation from SCS for his outstanding performance in 2001.
He was promoted to the position of Systems Manager in 2002, and now manages large outsourcing projects in the Healthcare and Government sectors.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining SCS, XXX worked as an Analyst Programmer for White Shark Applications Pte Ltd in Singapore, where he was involved in the design and development of several financial accounting applications for the maritime industry. In 1997, he was promoted to the position of Systems Analyst and headed up the development of a revamped Management Information System for the Mermaid Occidental Lines. For his outstanding leadership role in delivering the application despite a very tight dateline, XXX was commended with a Letter of Appreciation from the client.
