两词都可以作"学习"讲，有时可以互换。

但两者之间还有一些微妙的差异。
learn侧重学习的结果，因此常译作"学会、学到"。如：
You must learn these new words. 你 （你们）必须学会这些新单词。
We learn a lot from them. 我们从他们那儿学到了许多东西。
learn还有"听说、获悉"的意思。
We often learn this kind of news. 我们经常听到这种消息。
study侧重学习的过程，一般指比较深入系统的学习，含有研究、钻研的意思。
I study English, Chinese, math at school. 我在学校学习英语、语文和数学。
