I. 打电话常用句式
1. Hello, I'd like to speak to Mr Smith. / Is Mr Smith there? / Is Mr Smith in? 喂，请史密斯先生接电话。

3. Could you put me through to Mr Wang, please? 能给我接通王先生吗？
II. 接电话常用句式
