II. 知识"延长线"
外出旅行时，由于种种原因，询问时间和日期是常有的事。如询问车船时刻表、飞机什么时间起飞、降落等。不过，在向他人询问时间、日期时，有几个注意事项还需牢记：一是注意在适当的时机寻找适当的人作为询问对象。尽管西方人比较讲礼貌，但你在他们忙着或心情不好的时候去打扰他们，也可能得不到满意的答复。二是问话时要表达清楚，开门见山提出问题，千万不要为了显示自己懂礼貌，客套话说了很多，弄得别人不知道你想干什么。三是记住在问话前说Excuse me，在得到自己需要的信息后要说Thank you.
