Unit 10 Where did you go on vacation ?

(本课选自人教版新目标Go for it七年级下)

一、教学内容

本单元的中心话题Talk about past events, 通过教学使学生学会描述有关过去动作的句子,并能进行简单的谈论“你去哪度假”为话题的对话,从中培养学生的创新意识,同时在教学中达成情感目标。

二、教学目标

1知识目标

A::Words about places

B Drills about the past simple tense

2技能目标

A learn to use words about places。

B how to use the past simple tense .

3 情感目标。Learn to share your own past experiences with your classmates.

三、教学重点、难点

1 重点The past simple tense .

2 难点How to use the past simple tense .

四、教学策略

1以小组合作的形式,创设情境,完成对话。

2通过合作学习达成目标。

五、教学流程

(一)复习导入:This class we are going to learn Unit 10 Where did you go on vacation ?(同时板书)

T: What tense is this sentence?

Ss The past simple tense。

T: Good. Let’s go on learning the past simple tense。Go over these words.first:

1.clean-- cleaned 2. practice--- practiced 3. study-- studied-4. stop- stopped 5.do---did 6 have-had 7 go---went 8 put --- put

(二)创设情境:

T: Where did you go on vacation ,Mali?

Ss: I went to the Great Wall。 (出示课件)

(.三)内化指导:

Step1-Let the class look at these pictures and Practise like this:

A: Where did you go on vacation?

B: I went to….(学新词关于地点的,同时出示课件)

Step2完成 1a、1b内容

T: Now, look at the pictures. Where did the people in the picture go on vacation? Please activity with pictures.(1a)

T: Look at the pictures on Page 59. There are five of my friends .They are Tina, Brad, Sally, Xiang Hua and Tom in it. Where did they go on vacation ? Do you want to know?

Ss: Yes.

T: Well, let’s listen to the tape . For the first time , you just listen and for the second time ,number the people in the pictures.( Play the recording twice. The students listen and the teacher checks the answers. If several Ss can’t still understand it, then play the recording again after checking the answers.)(1b)

Step3-学习句型(出示课件)

T:Make conversations using the drill “Did you go to places? Yes,I did./No, I didn’t”.

Step4练习句型(出示课件)

Pairwork: A: Did you/he/she /they……?

B:Yes, I/we/he /she/they did . / No, I/we/he/she they didn’t.

Step5 -完成2a,2b部分内容(出示课件)

T: Look at the tables on Page 60,and then listen to the tape twice .

Ss:Let Ss check the answers.

(四)巩固练习

Practise drills like this

A:How was your weekend?

B:It was great

A:.What did your you do?

B:I stayed at home.

A:where did you go on vacation?

B:I went to Beijing.

A:Did you go to the Great Wall?

B:Yes, I did.

(五)小结 这节课我们主要学习了一般过去时,学了哪些句型。(让学生总结)

(六)作业

Make a survey about where your team classmates went on vacation last year 。

(八)课后反思

本课与传统的教学相比,有以下几个特点:

1、将评价引入课堂,让学生有成就感,体会到成功的快乐,使学生乐意参与,提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

2 让学生用英语想、用英语说,真正在“使用英语”, 可以拓展学生的思维空间。

3、注意师生间的情感交流,体现语言的交际功能。

这是我第一次借班上课,课堂上师生配合的默契不够。
