一、教学内容

1.语音:复习本课所列出的辅音音标和辅音连缀。

2.语法:小结行为动词的一般过去时态;(2)小结动词过去式的构成。

二、教具

录音机;音标卡片等。

三、课堂教学设计

1.复习值日生报告。

教师可针对第五十一课课文内容提问,并要求学生将答案汇集在一起,加上必要的连词编写一个短文,用来复述课文。以下示例供教师参考。

1.What time did Wei Hua get up yesterday? 2.Did she get to school early? Did she work hard? 3. What did she do after school? 4. What did she buy on her way home? 5.What did she do to help her parents? 6.When did she finish her homework? 7.What time did she go to bed?

Wei Hua got up before 7 o'clock in the morning yesterday. She got to school early and worked hard in class all day. She played basketball after school.

On her way home she bought a new pen at a shop. After she got home, she quickly cooked the supper and cleaned the house.

She finished her homework at half past nine and went to bed at a quarter to ten.

2.教师出示音标卡片,学生认读音标,放课文第一部分录音,学生打开书跟读,反复三遍。提醒学生注意模仿好辅音连缀的读音。

3.打开练习册,学生做习题1。数分钟后,核对答案。

指导学生过一遍习题3中所列的动词过去式。要求学生小结规则动词构成过去式的方法。教师应予以补充、修正。

4.指导学生阅读复习要点中的例句。解答学生的问题。教师总结行为动词一般过去时的陈述句式和疑问句式。带学生过一遍书后136~138页有关一般过去时的讲解。

5.布置作业

1)练习朗读本课音标及单词;2)抄写练习册习题2复习要点中的例句;3)完成练习册其他习题。

四、难点讲解

行为动词的一般过去时态。

行为动词在一般过去时态中要用过去式,其构成如下:

规则动词:

1)在动词原形末尾加-ed。所加的-ed在清辅音后读[t];在浊辅音和元音后面读[d];在[t][d]两个音后面读[id]。例如:look----looked; stay----stayed; want----wanted。

2)本结尾是-e的动词后加-d。例如; hope----hoped; live----lived。

3)末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节词,先双写这个辅音字母,再加-ed。例如:

stop----stopped。

4)结尾是“辅音字母 +y”的动词,先变-y为-i,再加-ed。例如:study----studied。

关于不规则动词的过去式请参考课本后列出的不规则动词表。
